Direct Hire works on contingency — we work for free until someone is placed, and the terms below are written into every client agreement.
Contingency basis
We work for free until someone is placed. Nothing upfront, and if you end up not hiring for any reason, it is our loss. Fees are tiered by position level and quoted at intake.
Replacement guarantee
If a placement does not work out within the first 60 days, we replace the candidate and issue a credit toward the search, on a sliding scale by day. Full terms are set out in the client agreement.
Invoicing
Invoiced on the start date
The placement fee is invoiced on the new hire's first day of work. You are billed once, after someone starts.
Wages
No ongoing markup
Unlike a temp or contract arrangement, there is no hourly spread. Your new employee is on your payroll at the wage you agreed, and we take nothing out of it.
