How it works
Four stages, from intake to day one.
Every search runs the same way, paced to the role and the organization. No two clinics hire on the same timeline, so we work to yours rather than to a quota.
Stage one
Intake
A thorough call covering the role, the pay range, the schedule, the systems in use and how your team works day to day.
Stage two
Sourcing
We start with the people we know, then reach out to others directly — including those who are not actively job hunting but may be ready for the next career step.
Stage three
Short list
Screened and reference-checked candidates, each with written notes on experience, availability and fit. You decide who to interview, and we coordinate the scheduling.
Stage four
Offer and start
Offer terms, counteroffer risk and the start date are managed through to day one. The guarantee period begins there.
What every search includes
Written into every client agreement
Screening
Screened for the actual role
Candidates are screened for level of interest and compatibility with the specific opportunity before anything is forwarded.
Background
Checked to Joint Commission standards
Criminal background screening covering every county of residence for the past seven years, plus an SSN trace, in accordance with governmental regulations.
References
Checked before presentation
Reference checks are completed before a candidate is put forward, not after an offer is on the table.
Summary
A written note with every resume
Resumes arrive to you with a short written description of each candidate, so you know who you are looking at before deciding who to meet.
Negotiation
Liaison through the offer
We act on your behalf in negotiating terms, and manage counteroffer risk — the chance a candidate's current employer tries to keep them once they resign.
Communication
Status without chasing
Regular updates on where the search stands and how candidate selection is progressing.
